When clinically appropriate, in-office testing may be performed and billed separately. Coverage and patient responsibility vary by insurance plan.
Available through our laboratory partners. Most routine testing is covered by insurance when medically indicated; self-pay pricing is also available.
May be recommended when clinically appropriate. These tests can involve significant out-of-pocket costs and are often not covered by insurance. Some testing may qualify as an HSA or FSA medical expense. Families should confirm eligibility with their account administrator or tax advisor.
